Founder and CEO

A native of Arizona, Dan’s illustrious career spans over three decades, commencing with an extensive overseas tenure as a security policeman in the U.S. Air Force. Following his Honorable Discharge, Dan’s entrepreneurial spirit propelled him to transform a modest investment of $500 and two employees into a thriving multimillion-dollar enterprise, operating across multiple states. Recognized by local and national authorities for its unwavering commitment to ethics, entrepreneurship, and job creation, Dan’s company stands as a paragon of excellence in the security sector.
In 2012, Blackstone achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming the sole private security firm to clinch the prestigious Arizona Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Business Ethics. Subsequently, Dan’s leadership prowess earned him the title of CEO of the Year by an esteemed executive-level magazine in 2014. Beyond accolades, Dan has been an influential figure within various professional associations, serving four consecutive terms as the Chair of the Arizona Private Security Professionals’ Association (APSPA).
His active involvement extends to esteemed organizations such as the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS), the International Association of Security, Investigators and Regulators (IASIR), and the Alliance of State Private Security Associations (ASPSA), among others. Through his dedication and expertise, Dan Swindall continues to shape the landscape of the security industry, leaving an indelible mark on both local and national levels.
Jeanne Croft
Chief Operating Officer

Upon joining Blackstone in 2004, Jeanne seamlessly integrated her insights, particularly regarding the security requirements of commercial property management companies, further propelling the company’s success. Raul De Leon
Senior Vice President
Raul De Leon, Vice President of Blackstone, boasts an illustrious career spanning 25 years in the security industry, during which he has held virtually every conceivable management role. From scheduling manager to operations manager, business development manager, client value manager, and general manager, Raul’s diverse expertise underscores his invaluable contributions to the company.
Over the years, Raul has overseen the management of personnel and programs, totaling over 60,000 billable hours per week. His astute analysis and evaluation of client relations have played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across multiple sites spanning state lines.
Raul’s influence extends beyond mere management, as he has been instrumental in the acquisition and merger of three top-tier security companies. His proficiency in conflict resolution, coupled with his fluency in Spanish, further exemplifies his versatility and effectiveness in navigating diverse organizational challenges.
Raul’s illustrious career trajectory includes service as a U.S. Navy Veteran, where he served as a radio operator for four years. Following his honorable discharge, he continued his service in the Civil Service with the Department of Defense, assuming the role of Electronics Security Coordinator, which necessitated a top-secret Crypto Security Clearance.
Raul’s multifaceted background, coupled with his unwavering dedication to excellence, underscores his pivotal role in Blackstone’s success and reinforces his reputation as a leader within the security industry.
Ryan Swindall
Vice President of Business Development
Ryan Swindall is a native of Arizona, with a deep-rooted connection to the vibrant landscapes and communities of the Southwest. Having spent the majority of his professional career in the security industry, Ryan has established himself as a seasoned leader with a strong track record of success.
With a wealth of experience under his belt, Ryan previously served as the Division Manager in both Tucson and Phoenix, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of security services. His dedication, strategic vision, and hands-on approach contributed significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations in these key regions.
Currently, Ryan serves as Vice President of Business Development, overseeing all sales and marketing company wide. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills to drive growth and expansion for Blackstone Security. Ryan is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and spearheading initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and competitive edge.
With a tenure of 15 years at Blackstone Security, Ryan’s commitment and loyalty to the organization are exemplary. His career reflects dedication, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Vice President of Operations
With over 15 years of dedicated service in the security industry, Lizette Banuelos embodies excellence as Vice President of Operations. Her journey began humbly as a security officer, steadily ascending the ranks through sheer merit and determination at every turn.
Throughout her career, Lizette has seamlessly transitioned through various roles, cultivating an intimate understanding of the demands and intricacies of security operations. This depth of experience uniquely positions her to oversee all operations company wide, where she not only comprehends the expectations placed on her leadership team but also the daily responsibilities entrusted to every member of Blackstone Security.
Passionate and committed, Lizette is a stalwart advocate for security and compliance, a quality that makes her an indispensable asset to the organization.
